Dornier provides limited operational support services, such as process improvements for manufacturing and quality standards, for the WIKKON product. Dornier is not the manufacturer of WIKKON product and has no role in its design, technology, production, or quality assurance. The WIKKON products is manufactured, warranted, and solely controlled by WIKKON. WIKKON is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations. Dornier’s operational support does not include responsibility for WIKKON’s regulatory compliance.
The use of Dornier’s name is pursuant to a licensing agreement. Dornier makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the WIKKON product or its performance.
